How to: Enable prompt for summary information with each save.
Solution:
Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...', click the 'Save' tab, and select the 'Prompt for Document Properties' check box.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The 'Options' dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'Save' tab.
3) Select the 'Prompt for Document Properties' check box.
4) Click 'OK'.
